Breathing Exercises

Rebirthing breathwork – this therapy uses a specific kind of breathing (breathwork) meant to help you release negative thoughts, emotions and memories. Here is one simple breath exercise that for me is very useful: let your breath flow as deep down into your belly as is comfortable, without forcing it. Try breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. Breathe in gently and regularly.

Breathing Exercises nourishes our physical body by oxygenating our cells, helping healing, and boosting our immune system. It also calms our minds allowing us to tap into a state of deep relaxation, peace and getting into the subconscious mind to rewrite the programs.

  • The duration of an online session is 60 minutes.
